A valid credit or debit card is required to register. A temporary authorization of up to $100 may be placed on your card to verify the account. This is not a charge and will be released by your card issuer according to its policies.
Buyer's Premium
A buyer's premium will be added to the final bid amount and will be published prior to the auction.
Sales Tax
An 11% Louisiana sales tax will be collected on applicable purchases unless a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt documentation is provided before payment.

REGISTRATION
By registering to bid, each bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any auction-specific announcements, disclosures, and special terms.
Jones Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, revoke, or limit bidding privileges at its sole discretion.
A valid credit or debit card is required for registration. A temporary authorization hold of up to $100 may be placed on the card during registration to verify the account. This authorization is not a charge and will be released according to the policies of the card issuer.
ITEM CONDITION AND INSPECTION
All property is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS and without any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
Descriptions, photographs, videos, year models, serial numbers, measurements, quantities, mileage, hours, condition reports, and other information provided by Jones Auction Company, LLC are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Such information is provided solely as a guide and shall not create any warranty or representation.
Information provided in the auction catalog is believed to be accurate but shall not be relied upon as a guarantee of any kind. Bidders are encouraged to independently inspect and verify all information prior to bidding.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect property prior to bidding. Preview dates and inspection opportunities, when available, will be listed within the auction details.
The bidder is solely responsible for determining the condition, age, authenticity, quality, quantity, fitness for use, value, and suitability of any item prior to bidding. Failure to inspect an item shall not relieve the bidder of responsibility for payment.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or adjustments shall be made.
MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND EQUIPMENT DISCLAIMER
Jones Auction Company, LLC does not perform comprehensive mechanical, electrical, structural, operational, or safety inspections of auction property unless specifically stated otherwise. Any statements regarding condition, functionality, operability, hours, mileage, performance, or suitability are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.
Auction property may contain unknown defects, repairs, damage, or safety issues. Mechanical failures, electrical failures, component failures, or other defects occurring before, during, or after pickup shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Buyers are encouraged to personally inspect all property prior to bidding and shall rely solely upon their own inspection and judgment when determining value and suitability.
BIDDING
All bids are irrevocable and constitute a legally binding contract.
The highest accepted bid at the close of the auction shall be deemed the purchaser, subject to any reserve prices, seller confirmations, or special conditions of sale.
Jones Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to reject any bid, settle bidding disputes, reopen bidding, withdraw lots, divide lots, combine lots, extend bidding, or cancel any sale when deemed necessary.
SOFT CLOSE
Unless otherwise announced, auctions may utilize a soft-close format. If a bid is placed during the final minutes of a lot's scheduled closing time, the bidding period for that lot may automatically extend. Extensions will continue until no additional bids are received during the extension period.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A buyer's premium shall be added to the final bid amount of each purchase. The applicable buyer's premium will be disclosed within the auction-specific terms.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is due within three (3) calendar days following the close of the auction unless otherwise stated.

Checks must be accompanied by an acceptable bank letter of guarantee if required by Jones Auction Company, LLC. Funds must be verified before purchased property will be released.
No property shall be removed until payment has been received and verified.
CHECK VERIFICATION
Jones Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to verify funds on any check prior to releasing purchased property. If funds cannot be verified to the satisfaction of the auction company, property may be withheld until the check has fully cleared the issuing financial institution.
RETURNED CHECKS
Any check returned for insufficient funds, closed account, stop payment, or any other reason shall be subject to a returned check fee of $50 in addition to any collection costs, bank fees, attorney fees, court costs, and other remedies permitted by law.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
By registering to bid, the bidder certifies that the credit or debit card provided belongs to the registered bidder and authorizes Jones Auction Company, LLC to process charges in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If payment is not received within the stated payment deadline, Jones Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to charge the card on file for outstanding balances up to $2,500.
The bidder agrees not to initiate a chargeback for valid charges associated with auction purchases, buyer's premiums, processing fees, or authorized charges under these Terms and Conditions.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE
A 5% credit card processing fee shall be added to all credit and debit card transactions.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax shall be collected unless a valid resale certificate or tax exemption documentation is provided prior to payment.
FAILURE TO PAY
If a bidder fails to pay for purchases, remove purchased property, or otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions, Jones Auction Company, LLC may, at its sole discretion:
Suspend or revoke bidding privileges
Retain deposits
Charge the credit card on file
Resell the property
Pursue collection of unpaid balances
Recover attorney fees, court costs, collection expenses, and administrative costs
Seek any other remedy available under applicable law
The defaulting bidder shall remain liable for any deficiency, damages, costs, or losses resulting from such default.
ITEM REMOVAL
All purchases must be removed during the dates and times specified for each auction.
Buyers are solely responsible for loading, securing, transporting, and removing purchased property.
Any loading assistance provided by Jones Auction Company, LLC is offered strictly as a courtesy. Buyers assume all risks associated with loading and removal activities.
Jones Auction Company, LLC, sellers, property owners, and their representatives shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, damage, or loss occurring before, during, or after removal of purchased property.
AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES
A purchaser may designate another individual to retrieve purchased property. Any person acting on behalf of the purchaser shall be deemed the purchaser's agent. The purchaser remains fully responsible for all actions and obligations of their representatives.
ABANDONED PROPERTY AND STORAGE
Items not removed by the stated removal deadline may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing.
Jones Auction Company, LLC may assess storage fees, relocate property, resell property, or dispose of property without refund.
Any costs associated with storage, handling, transportation, disposal, or resale shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
SHIPPING
Shipping may be offered on selected auctions or items. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, packaging, handling, insurance, and transportation costs.
Risk of loss shall transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of property to a carrier or shipping provider.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
Jones Auction Company, LLC is not responsible for interruptions in service, internet failures, software malfunctions, platform outages, delayed bids, communication failures, or other technical issues involving BidWrangler, Proxibid, or any other bidding platform.
The auction company reserves the right to postpone, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel any auction event due to technical difficulties or circumstances beyond its control.
SELLER RIGHTS AND RESERVES
Jones Auction Company, LLC acts as agent for sellers unless otherwise disclosed.
All auctions are with reserve unless specifically advertised as absolute.
Reserve prices, if any, are confidential and may not be disclosed.
Sellers may withdraw property from sale prior to the close of bidding.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
All persons attending inspections, previews, auction sites, loadout periods, or removal activities do so at their own risk.
Bidder assumes full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in auction activities, including inspection, loading, removal, transportation, or use of purchased property.
Jones Auction Company, LLC, its members, employees, agents, sellers, property owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or damage occurring on auction premises or during removal of purchased property.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jones Auction Company, LLC, its members, employees, agents, sellers, and property owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the auction, item descriptions, bidding activity, payment processing, removal of property, transportation, ownership, possession, or use of purchased items.
RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY
Bidder agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jones Auction Company, LLC, its members, employees, agents, sellers, property owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, attorney fees, or causes of action arising from bidder's participation in the auction or ownership, possession, transportation, loading, unloading, or use of purchased property.
DELAYS OR DISRUPTIONS
Jones Auction Company, LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, power outages, internet disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, public emergencies, or acts of God.
VEHICLES, TRAILERS, BOATS, AND TITLED PROPERTY
Vehicles, trailers, boats, equipment, and other titled property are sold subject to the availability of ownership documents. Titles, registrations, certificates of origin, or other ownership documents may not be immediately available at the time of payment or pickup.
Buyers acknowledge that reasonable processing time may be required for the transfer and delivery of ownership documents. Jones Auction Company, LLC makes no representation regarding registration requirements, licensing requirements, emissions compliance, inspection requirements, or the purchaser's ability to register property in any jurisdiction.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the auction, bidding process, purchases, or these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of West Carroll Parish, Louisiana.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By registering to bid, the bidder consents to receive auction-related communications, promotional emails, text messages, and other marketing communications from Jones Auction Company, LLC. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by utilizing available opt-out methods.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Jones Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to amend auction terms, sale information, schedules, descriptions, announcements, or disclosures at any time. Any posted announcements or updates shall become part of the auction terms and shall take precedence over previously published information.
AGREEMENT
By registering, bidding, purchasing, inspecting, or participating in any auction conducted by Jones Auction Company, LLC, the bidder acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be legally bound by them.
