REGISTRATION
By registering to bid, each bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of the auction. Jones Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke bidding privileges at its sole discretion.
ITEM CONDITIONS
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Descriptions, photographs, and other information provided are believed to be accurate; however, Jones Auction Company, LLC makes no guarantees regarding age, authenticity, condition, quality, quantity, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding and are responsible for determining the condition and value of any item before placing a bid.
BIDDING
All bids placed through the online bidding platform are binding. Once submitted, a bid cannot be withdrawn or reduced.
The highest bidder at the close of bidding will be considered the successful purchaser, subject to any applicable seller confirmations, reserves, or auction terms.
Jones Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to reject any bid, settle disputes between bidders, reopen bidding when necessary, withdraw items, divide lots, combine lots, or cancel any sale.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full within the timeframe specified for each auction. Accepted payment methods will be listed within the auction details.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of bidding privileges, cancellation of purchases, and any other remedies available by law.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A buyer's premium may be added to the final bid price. Any applicable buyer's premium will be clearly stated within the auction listing.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided prior to payment.
ITEM REMOVAL
Purchases must be removed during the scheduled pickup times listed for the auction. Buyers are responsible for loading, securing, and transporting all purchased items unless otherwise stated.
Items not removed within the designated pickup period may be considered abandoned and may be subject to storage fees, disposal, or resale without refund.
DEFAULT
If a bidder fails to complete payment or otherwise comply with auction terms, Jones Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to revoke bidding privileges, resell the item, pursue collection of unpaid balances, and recover any resulting damages or expenses.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jones Auction Company, LLC acts solely as an agent for the seller. Jones Auction Company, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from the auction process, bidding platform, item descriptions, item condition, pickup, transportation, or use of purchased property.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
Jones Auction Company, LLC is not responsible for internet outages, platform failures, software malfunctions, delayed bids, or other technical issues that may affect bidding. The auction company reserves the right to extend, postpone, or modify bidding times when necessary.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Jones Auction Company, LLC reserves the right to modify auction terms, dates, times, or sale information at any time. Any announcements or posted updates shall become part of the auction terms.
AGREEMENT
By registering, bidding, or purchasing through this auction, the bidder agrees to all terms and conditions established by Jones Auction Company, LLC.
